1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of monicaastro.com and all services provided by Dr. Monica Sharma, operating as Shree Swami Samarth Astro & Healing Center (ISO 9001:2015), Vardhaman Palmrose, Kate Wasti, Hinjawadi, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Maharashtra 411033, India.

By accessing this website or booking an appointment, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

2. Our Services

Dr. Monica Sharma offers: Vedic Astrology (Jyotish), Numerology, Vastu Shastra, Meditation Guidance, Clinical Hypnosis, and Reiki Grand Master Healing — in-person at Hinjawadi, Pune and online via video call.

3. Nature of Services — Important Disclaimer

Clinical Hypnosis and Reiki sessions are complementary wellness practices — not medical treatment. Please consult a qualified medical professional for health concerns. Any decisions made based on a consultation are entirely your own responsibility.

4. Appointments & Booking

Making an appointment

Appointments can be booked via our contact form, by calling +91 96041 33641, via WhatsApp, or by emailing info@monicaastro.com. Confirmed only upon written confirmation from Dr. Monica or her team.

Punctuality

Please be on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late for an in-person session, we reserve the right to shorten or reschedule the session without refund of any deposit.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

At least 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may forfeit any deposit paid. We will always offer a full rescheduling at no additional charge if we need to cancel.

5. Fees & Payment

Fees are communicated at time of booking and vary by session type and duration. Payment accepted in cash, bank transfer, or UPI — not through this website. All fees are final; contact us within 48 hours if dissatisfied.

6. Confidentiality

All information shared during an appointment is strictly confidential. Dr. Monica Sharma will not disclose session details to third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law. You agree not to record any session without prior written consent.

7. Use of Website & Intellectual Property

You agree to use monicaastro.com only for lawful purposes. All content — text, graphics, design, and the "Lady of Fortune" brand — is the intellectual property of Dr. Monica Sharma / Shree Swami Samarth Astro & Healing Center. No content may be copied or republished without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dr. Monica Sharma and Shree Swami Samarth Astro & Healing Center shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the fee paid for the specific consultation. These Terms are governed by the laws of India; disputes are subject to the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
