What we do NOT collect

We do not collect payment card details on this website. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party analytics scripts that profile your behaviour across the web.

We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, confirm your appointment, prepare your session, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Consultations & Confidentiality

Any personal or sensitive information shared during an astrology, Vastu, numerology, Reiki, or clinical hypnosis session — online or in-person — is treated as strictly confidential. Dr. Monica Sharma will not disclose such information to any third party without your explicit written consent, except where required by law.

Contact form submissions are delivered via Resend (resend.com). The site also uses Cloudflare Pages (hosting), Google Fonts (typography), and Google Maps (embed). We do not use Facebook pixels, Google Analytics, or any advertising trackers.

We retain enquiry and session notes for up to 5 years. Our site is served over HTTPS. You have the right to access, correct, delete, or request portability of your data — email info@monicaastro.com with subject "Privacy Request" and we respond within 30 days.

Our services are for adults only. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Contact us immediately if you believe a minor has submitted information.
